From February 11th to February 13th, Enviro-access participated as an exhibitor at the 2014 Sustainable Communities Conference organized by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) in Charlottetown, PEI. During this event, more than 400 delegates from across the country gathered to discuss different environmental issues. However, climate change was definitely one of the strongest subject of interest among delegates. With its “Partners for Climate Protection (PCP)” the FCM offers technical and financial support to their members for the implementation of a five milestone process toward GHG reduction. Across the country, over 250 municipalities are now members of the PCP Program. Having already worked with over 50 municipalities within a same framework, Enviro-access had the chance to discuss with many municipal representatives of the climate change challenge at municipal level.
