Enviro-access has implemented a complaints and appeals process in the event of a dispute with its clients. If necessary, any organization may at any time request recourse to the complaints and appeals procedure that Enviro-access makes available to ensure total satisfaction and understanding of complaints and appeals as well as the reports produced by the Enviro-access team. Forms and procedure are provided upon request.
